Balta is is a wise old priestess. She has dedicated her life to the protection of her nation, her god, and, most of all, the people of Illycera. This war pains her. She is wise enough to realize that Bahamut and Tiamet are no rivals, but opposite sides of the same coin. She hopes that peace can exist between the two factions.
