Bio
John “Clint” Westwood considers himself “the fastest gun west of the Mississippi.” He should be, he’s got the illegal ware in him to do it. Westwood has managed in his time in the shadows to become deadly with his gun of choice- a custom Ares Predator IV. Along with his exceptional natural reaction, and unnatural wired reflexes, his custom cyberarm allows him to be as accurate as he is fast on the draw. Remarkably illegal, his custom arm has been further enhanced to exceed the limits of unaugmented flesh, making drawing down on him a losing proposition for anyone so far. Westwood makes his money by acting as a middleman and Face for shadowrun teams. He’s capable of either taunting opponents into either cowardice or a fight. His skills also allow him to be a cool negotiator, and handle the more subtle social aspects of a run. That said, he does not take kindly to insults, and is likely to teach someone a lesson if he feels it’s appropriate. Additionally, he tends to leave a ‘calling card’ after he’s killed someone; his way of letting others know he’s not someone you should want to fuck with (will leave a poker card behind at crime scenes where he has drawn down and killed an opponent). His friends have learned that while he’s hard on the outside, once you get to know him he’s a real son of a bitch. St. James is his normal Fixer/Fence; James feels he’s not quite trustworthy yet, but has worked with him on enough occasions without blowback that he’s willing to offer some level of his services to him (always for the right price). Dradis is his hacker contact; Westwood is not particularly savvy with computers, and lets Dradis handle the majority of his Matrix tasks and data mining. Westwood also knows Dixie Flatline, a street doc with a touch of southern hospitality, who will occasionally patch him up or consult on hardware upgrades. Clint will exchange a few laconic grunts with Greasy Al, having met and befriended the gruff ork when buying his used Nissan-Patrol. Finally, Westwood has a contact in Lonestar – Detective McGarnicle.
