Backstory

One of these circlets was given to the party by Acolyte Clavex to nulify the psychic abilities of Anastasia. Later they encountered Greavis and Sloccum who had been fitted each with these circlets and upon “freeing” the two they decided to keep them for future use against troublesome psykers.
