Cousin to Mirumoto Hitomi. Asako Kagetsu was a minor Asako daimyo and lord of Shiro Gisu. He was a rather influential Phoenix daimyo, because he had the ear of the Emperor after the many Winter Courts Kagetsu had hosted. Coordinator for his cousin’s Imperial Winter Court in 1118.
