Bio
Tsuyuki and Tetsuya are eta that were trained since childhood in the art of forceful investigation and anatomy. They originally worked with the Kitsuki but were give to Hiruma Usigo when he was promoted to Emerald Magistrate for the Dragon and Phoenix border. They worked for Hiruma Usigo for over a decade.
At the death of Hiruma Usigo they were given to the “Teeth of the Mongoose” to serve their needs as Emerald Magistrates.
