“I don’t remember much from my life, but I’ll tell you what I do know. I remember waking up strapped down to table with fire on my hands. I looked around helpless and saw people moving around nervously working on other people looking almost exactly the same as me. None of them, however, had fire like I had. I began to wonder if any of the people running around noticed this… I began focusing and the fire grew. I got it to the straps that held me down. They began to burned away. After my arms were free able to undo the rest. I rolled off of my table and crouched down. I surveyed the room looking for the door. I saw it but two guards stood in my way. I had to come up with a plan. Getting out of here didn’t seem too easy. I crawled to the back end up the room and hid under another table. I wise busted into the room and walked to a table towards the other end of the room. He began talking with a couple of the people in this room. One of the guards left their post to join in the conversation. This seemed like a good time to make my move. I began channeling energy as a I crawled towards the door. When I got there, I had a pretty good blaze going. That’s when the guard noticed me his eyes widened. I noticed he was about to yell so shot it. The first launched from my body to his. He immediately burst into flames and began running. I made my way past him and began running down the hall. This building was a maze. Suddenly a siren went off. Guards began appearing in front of me. They formed a barrier. None of them seemed fit to protect themselves against my magic. So I set them all ablaze. I had to get out of here fast before they brought in anything worse. I was spring down the hall and turned a corner. There it was the door to my freed with a small window letting in sunlight. I busted through seeing the sun for the first time. It was bright. I looked back and saw dozens more guards lining up. I had to get out of there fast. Thinking quickly, I through down a wall of fire in the door way. Before they could extinguish the fire, I was gone. I made it to the forest off in the distance. I was watching from a distance. They didn’t seem to make a huge deal of my escape. They cleaned up and went back inside. Probably just to create more like me. I wandered off into the forest until a came up a trail. I walked that for what seemed like days. I eventually came across a sign that read “Ahrem —>”. I sounded like a place I could supplies or food. So with that I headed too Ahrem."
