Pale, hunched, hairless, and possessing the conversational ability of a neanderthal, “Steve” is a fairly good example of what most people expect when they hear the word “ghoul.” Although persistent, he quite often has trouble getting his point across. There is little else to know about him; he lives in a series of man-made caverns below the bottom level of the Arcology within a colony of ghouls and shares most of their common traits, including the eating of corpses for nourishment.
