A leader of the Counter-Reformation in France and the former confessor of King Henri IV, de Bérulle (b. 1575) is an important figure at the French court. Bérulle helped achieve reconciliation between the King and the Queen Mother following their brief war in 1620.
He is friends with Vincent de Paul.
