Many generations ago, Kosh’s tribe sought shelter from the mountain storms in deep caves. The storms rage caused the entrances to collapse but the tribe was rescued by a friendly group of dwarf miners and the goliaths formed a community underground with the dwarves. Death was a commoon occurance within the underground community, with the harsh environment and the numerous hostile creatures prevalent in the area. Kosh was chosen at a young age to be an acolyte of the Raven Queen and his martial prowess made him an ideal candidate for a warpriest. Recently he received a vision from his Goddess. A great turning point was coming in the area around Treetop Village and the dark wings of the Raven Queen were propelling him forth, and so he arrived at the frontier town.
