Backstory

Elora received the amulet from her mother, Griselda during her trial at the Cave of Rebirth. Griselda told Elora that was trapped in another realm of existence known as Tirnanog. She gave Elora the amulet and told her it would help her find her.

When the party returned to England, Elora was given a note from a messenger boy. The note was from herself in the future saying to keep the amulet safe and to not lose it, and that also the trials were true – her mother truly is still alive and trapped in Tirnanog by Queen Mab.
