Garfunkel’s trade mark is that he has the unique ability to create sandwiches from nothing.
Garfunkel also has the ability to make furry walls appear to assist him and Simon.
Garfunkel is a plant type Mutamon. Garfunkel was originally only a Muppet-like stuffed animal that magically came to life one day. The truth behind the magic is that a fungus developed in the stuffed animal and began being affected by Simon love and desire of him to be alive. It came alive only when it evolved to the point where it became sentient and merged with its host. You would never be able to tell that Garfunkel was half fungus as it only grew inside the Stuffed animal and it had to odor.
Bio
Ken White was born a small white redheaded boy. He shared most of his look with his mother as his father was Japanese and looked almost nothing like him. Ken also did not receive his Fathers Sir name as his father abandoned him and his mother before he was born. Kens mother told him it was because he wasn’t happy being tied down by a family. Young Ken obviously hurt by his dads absence decided when he was older to find his dad and convince him to be a family again. Kens mother never told Ken his fathers name or ever told him what he looked like, probably to avoid Ken trying to find him. Ken at this young age had a incredible love of Muppets, he even had a favorite stuffed animal that his mom called Garfunkel. Ken refused to let his mom wash Garfunkel even tho he would get filthy with dirt and food. Years later in Kens life Garfunkel began to move and even understand Ken, but could not talk directly. Kens thought it had to of been magic, the friend he always needed. Ken never had trouble making friends in school as he was a good kid, but he did get picked on for being different, but it was OK since he had Garfunkel to take care of him. Years later when Ken could no longer stand the Muppets, Garfunkel stayed around with Kens love of him only growing. Ken found out Garfunkel was actually a mutamon. But all was not as good as it seemed, Kens mother fell incredibly ill, she had developed a rare incurable disease, she did not have long to live, not having any relatives she was forced to put Ken into an adoption agency. After a few weeks of being at the adoption agency Ken got to visit his Mom, the doctors didn’t expect her to live much longer, The last thing Kens Mom did before she passed on was smile and kiss Ken, handed him a picture of what he could only guess was his father, and told Ken that she loved him. Ken with tears in his eyes vowed to find this man and never return to that god awful orphanage again. Ken rushed out of the hospital passed the man sent to watch him during his visit. Ken ran as fast as he could home and grabbed what he could, he knew the people from his orphanage where on there way. He grabbed blankets, what little money he saved up, some food, his mp3 played, and some other unimportant stuff, but most importantly he grabbed Garfunkel, and the two of them set out on there journey to find a father.
