Redgar Dreadstone is a member of the Knights of Deepstone. For centuries, the Knights of Deepstone have traveled with the members of the Silvestrian royal family as they embarked on their Sojourns. In this role, the Knights of Deepstone are physical embodiments of the cooperation between these two nations.
Redgar’s charge is Lia Xiloscient, twelfth in line to the throne. At first, Redgar assumed that such a minor royal figure would be unlikely to bring him the fame and honor that leads to the scuptures and songs created about members of his order. Once they had left the safety of Silvestri, however, his opinion quickly changed. Her atypical curiosity and courage promise to mean that this assignment will be one filled with adventure.
Redgar lives the code of his order: defend your charge above all else, assist the weak, strive for justice. He is grim in battle and lighthearted at rest. Redgar loves a good story and secretly takes notes on those he finds most entertaining.
