Bio

Mercer is a charismatic character who has had many dealings with Old Barton. Mercer has helped Barton on some of his adventures prior to the founding of the Private Eye. Mercer can be brash and quick to act but his ability to cast magic and wield a blade with good skill makes him a feared opponent.

Currently Mercer has been verbally attacking what is left of the Thieves Guild, which has limped along after the Back Alley Wars. Mercer has set his goals to take over the guild and make the thieves respectable again.
