John McGregor owns and runs McGregor’s Meat. He spent a lot of his time up north as a hunter and tracker. Having grown tired of the wilderness he decided to move to Harmony to try his hand at business. He has made deals with the local ranches for meat and supplements his supply with wild game that he hunts himself.
