Michael Hays owns and operates the Hays Freight Co. Michael has owned the Freight Company since his father died five years ago. Michael runs the office, while his employees operate the stagecoach.

Michael Hays is married to Melissa Hays and has two children James Hays (age 13) and Bud Hays (age 14).
