The man that led Dawn through the time of the witchking. Later murdered by Callas and Scathe in a gambit to place their own puppet in control of Dawn.

He was a weighty man that held the courts of the world to his ransom through his advising healers and his capacity order that the healers of Dawn withhold their power. His greatest flaw was his memory, but as a systematic man he hid his defecit from virtually all that knew him by keeping a thorough journal. A practise that Andrakasis used against him.
