Bio

Phoebe is a precocious(pathfinder society legal) little girl of 5 years old. She worships Shelyn and has a governess who watches over her. She sings lullabies and chants nursery-rhymes in the way only a lovable 5-year girl can do. When she gets angry, though, she screams in that hideous ear-splitting scream and damages her enemies’ ears (chord of shards spell from Ultimate Magic) She is only a little girl, so has very little strength, but has learned how to use a child-size light crossbow against boogie-men and monsters.
