Bio

Born in Galt, Lily grew up under difficult circumstances. Forced to flee from the eternal revolution of her homeland at age 3, Lily and her parents made the difficult journey to the River Kingdoms, eventually reuniting with others from their broken homeland in Gralton. Despite these hardships, Lily had a largely traditional childhood. Her parents were present, and are both still living near Gralton.

Growing up, Lily was always fascinated by the stars at night, but being near-sighted, she always had problems discerning the fainter celestial objects. For her 9th birthday, her father bought her a spyglass, so she might better observe the objects of her fascination. Following this advancement, Lily discovered from the movements of fainter object she’d recorded that the stars often correlated with events that happened in the past, and occasionally with events that had not happened yet.

From here, she began observing the stars obsessively. Her sight began growing progressively worse, becoming nearly blind to anything not in the sky. Around 14, her mother took away the spyglass; she assumed that taking the tool from her daughter would prevent her from obsessing over the heavens like she did previously. However, the damage was already done.
