Hether Railing was born January 1st 1970 and lives close to Bathoroy’s where her younger sister Nancy Railing disappeared. She is a welder and also a hair dresser when she is laid off from welding. In fact,her sister was once a Blood Doll herself at Bathoroys which Heather has recently discovered as she investigates the mystery of her sister’s disappearance. Victoria or Wolfie as she likes to be called asks a lot of questions about Nancy and remains in the shadows and seems to watch more than participate in the goings on of Bathoroys which are quite decadent. She is not very forthcoming with information about herself.

Hether is new to the scene. No one knows her well,but she seems to know everyone who is a regular there. She knows the friends of her sister Catherine,Lisa and Patricia,and sits with them when they come to the club. Heather looks the part of a blood doll if not a bit older than most of the other blood dolls. She dresses well and is usually attired in a short skirt,blouse and pumps. She is very good looking. She is slender and muscular. She has brown reddish hair which reaches her shoulders.

Update: Guadalupe Perez a heroin junkie, and a blood doll of the Setite clan came forward with the needed unformation Hether was searching for when Hether offered the junk sick Guadalupe a 100 dollars to score. Apparently since the Setites have all but disappeared,Guadulupe has been jonesing badly as her regular source dried up. It made extracting the story of Hether’s sister’s murder she witnessed much easier.
