Anthony ‘Tony’ Flags is a musician who wanders the area around Hive Primus on Necromunda.

Model: Necromunda models actually dress kinda’ like those of the time period on which he’s based, so I’m thinking maybe an Orlock with his jacket flapping. I don’t know how which mug would be appropriately ugly, though.
