This +3 Ghost Touch, Brilliant Energy Sickle will do damage to non-corporeal beings and undead, and creatures of mist, air, or in gaseous form. When Mist Cutter deals damage to an incorporeal or similarly hard to hit creature, the wielder gains a temporary extra 1d6 hit points. As a standard action, Mist Cutter’s wielder may make a vertical upper cut and part a cloud of smoke, fog, or any such opaque gas that obstructs their vision. Gust of Wind 3/day.
