Jennifer was the former partner, both in crime and romantically, of Eli Brooks. The last known sighting of her was at the Business district of Chicago where Eli and herself were performing a job. She is supposed to be dead. However Eli holds out hope that she is alive but has never returned to Chicago since for fear that he is wrong.
