...at least, that’s what the brochure said. It also said that the best place to head was Frandor’s Keep, a stronghold against encroaching orkin tribes and other nastiness. Of course, the brochure was also trying to get you to join the Guard, see new places (and loot them), meet new people (and kill them), and if you didn’t know a person or two who fell for it you might almost be tempted yourself.

But the Keep itself, well, that might not be such a bad idea. There’s supposed to be gold up there for the finding, and bounties for the taking…might not be such a bad way to exercise those skills you’ve been practicing for the last few years. Make a little easy money, settle down somewhere nice; yeah, this looks like just the ticket to the easy life. Just need to find a friend or three to help out, and all that loot’s going to be practically jumping into your bag…
