The Librarian is a scheznyk far away from home. She was given a scholarhip to the Library of Wyvar to help in the translation of ancient Ashuran songs and poems in a way that would preserve the original rhyme and meter, and also served as a music and fencing instructor to the nobility of the capitol city. While working for the library she made a name for herself among the professors by serving as a liason between them and the nobility because of her years of involvement with the noble children. The library, recognizing her talents, inducted her into the Seekers.
Her first task is a difficult one— to secure the Hermit’s glossolalia before the mercenary company Gallowglass gets a hold of it, and to try and save as many other texts from the fires of war.
