Power Qualities With Their Extras, Flaws, Capacities and Effects: Useful Engulf+2, Permanent +4, Slow -2, always On -1, If/Then Contact With Soil -1, If/Then Half Strength if not laying down on soil -1, Touch Only -2, Native Power +1.
Effect: Regenerate 2 wound boxes every 2nd round. Anyone touching receives this healing. This power is always active while touching soil, dirt, mulch, etc. As if planting a seed for growth, engulf target like soil. At least 25% of his body should be touching soil, otherwise this power is at half strength (1 wound box every 2nd round).

Subject to drastic changes, these are my Kerberos Club musings for my character.

Once ruthless, evil, and mad with cruelty, he used his detoxifying and healing powers to keep prisoners alive during interrogations. Eventually this same power was used against him to keep him pinned down in similar interrogation chambers, and used to also keep other prisoners alive during their interrogation against his will.
