BIOGRAPHY AND NOTES
Gaston Neahr is the owner and manager of the nightclub Carpe Noctem. Little is known of him, other than he is a commanding figure who is emperor of his demesne. He uses bodyguards and rough goons, and is suspected of having ties with the Oak Park Bloods, Hell-T, the gang’s boss, and drug trafficking.
