Despite Bandar’s overall reputation for clean government, House Ukulus is so powerful, they were able to get Lord Drafus a naval commission as captain of the Sea Falcon, the crown jewel of the Bandar navy, despite his youth and complete lack of experience.
Lord Drafus is pompous, condescending, and greedy. He wields a saber and wears ornate studded leather armor. He is trained as a competent fighter, but has yet to prove his mettle in any real combat.
