Salvar is a superficially refined merchant from Bandar. He normally coordinates the shipment of Sob-Rooz slag-bricks from Mazra to Zabol in exchange for mixed agricultural goods. However, an unfortunate series of mis-communications left him without a return cargo on his most recent trip, so he decided to take the opportunity to tour Aval Kingdom by traveling overland to Kahnul and then by ship along the coast. After arriving in Kahnul, Salvar has changed his mind about a slow journey to each of Aval’s coastal cities and would like to get back to Bandar. When pressed, he claims the overall journey would take longer than he expected and he has his affairs to attend to. Salvar is traveling with two companions his bodyguard Horth and his accountant Beadle.
