Phameas is the current Patriarch of House Minla and serves as the librarian for the Lyceum Magika. Phameas knows the library well and has served as a librarian there for 30 years. He is well respected by the Mages of the Lyceum and is a very friendly man. He talks about his Son Edaro and his niece and nephew endlessly.
