Vanessa’s one of the It-Girls of DFW. She knows what’s in, what’s out, who’s sleeping with whom, and what all the right people are wearing, dancing to, and talking about.

Vanessa’s family emigrated to DFW from the Phillipines when she was very young. She grew up in DFW and doesn’t really remember much about her youngest days at her parent’s home in Manila.

She and Makayla met in their high school years, and renewed their friendship when Makayla finished her Harvard education. Vanessa stayed in DFW instead of following Makayla to college, and became a local model and socialite. The two are now roommates.

Vanessa hasn’t hit the big time yet, but she has a portfolio on the Matrix and she is working the angles to break into the biz.
