Miranda’ s mother is a sea elf and her father was a dashing swashbuckler. Miranda mother rescued him from the island in which he had been marooned and aided him in getting a new crew and ship. She aided him greatly in his pursuit of riches and fame and the two fell in love. Miranda was the result of their torrid affair. Miranda is unusual for a half sea elf in that the elven blood manifested itself more and she can breath underwater. During her younger years she was raised in her mother’s kingdom until it was raided by sahaugin. At that time her mother contacted her father and left her in his care. She was old enough to be of use on the ship so she was trained as a cabin girl and was raised on her father’s ship ever since. When she was 19 her father’s ship was finally caught and the crew was imprisoned. She escaped to Semdrakal , but has no knowledge of her father’s fate. She has been building her fortunes and name ever since.
