Don Luigi is a Tilean immigrant to Kemperbad, where he is a major figure in the local Thieves’ Guild. The party has performed some minor errands on his behalf. Clearly wealthy, he dresses above his apparent station and ensures that his rather large bodyguards are also unusually well dressed.
