Noah is a chosen of the Sun. He has seen many developments in Creation and thinks that everyone can be made happy. Money, land, flesh and distractions from truth. He doesn’t try to press these on people but he suspects a mass enlightenment would better the whole of creation. He has invested time in planting monasteries to the elemental dragons dedicated to increasing moral’s essence. He believes that the tangible and perceivable power of the Dragon-Blooded and Dragons themselves are far easier for mortals to understand and grasp. The goal is one day all morals to be essence 3.

He is viewed as having too simple of a way of looking at the world (for an older exalted). He was one of the last few voting to not perform Operation Wyld Hand. Even after it passed he protested and tried to sway Chosen in public and private, but with no real success in stopping it. What ground he has gained has been in gaining a seat to plan an prepare for the monster project. With internal knowledge he can try to find ways to derail it but that last few years he has only quietly delayed the operation by months. All his methods have been valid and responsible so the peers involved are not upset. Noah knows the clock is ticking and it may be too late. Noah has invested too much time to give up and is developing a plan even in this final hour.
