Anierra Ierrionessa
High Elf Sword...master?
Description
Tall and whip thin, Anierra’s physique belies the alien nature of the High Elves. Sharp features, high cheekbones and above all, deep, black, peircing eyes. Limp silver hair drifts in long strands from the elf’s head.
Mostly likely you will find the Elf wearing uncharictaristically weather beaten clothing in the company of humans, but when trouble threatens, a glimmering coat of fine Ulthuan Scale is quickly donned.
Bio
Aside from a penchant for large, razor-sharp swords and a taste for the finer things in life, this tall, silver haired elf has yet to reveal anything significant about themself. So far, the elf seems to have a vague enough sense of justice that it will create more problems than solve them. Especially when that same elf has a tendency to wax rhetoric on their opinion. Recently however, the bahaviour of the elf’s comapanions is hardening what had initially been a simply liberal opinion of the world. Anierra has given no indication of how precisely these opinions will manifest into action, other than the fact an ignorance of Imperial laws and custom is likely to make this an explosive resolution.
Anierra is not aggressive as some members of the group in combat, but that does not indicate timidity in fight, only a more measured approach to conflict. A recent foray has shaken Anierra’s beleif. The elf is in no small turmoil over a failure to fell an opponent and worse yet, leaving an ally to the less than tender mercies of the enemy. How this will affect Anierra has yet to be seen.
Anierra left her Elven homeland six months previous on an extended “pilgrimage”. These minor excursions are permitted since they allow the students of the sword to gather wisdom in the ways of the world, in particular the ways of fighting in it. Anierra secured such a leave of absence mainly by frustrating her instructors to the point that they would have been willing to allow anything to get her out of their hair. This suited Anierra perfectly as well. A Long sojourn through the realm of humans might allow her a chance to find some means the escape the obligations that drove her so far away from her fellow elves. At the very least, she might be able to avoid them… At least for the forseeable future. That is how she found herself almost freezing to death in the Grey Mountains, it is also what precipitated her meeting her current travelling companions.
