Baba Yaga controls the Russian Mafia in Seattle. She commands an army of Russian expats willing, (by greed or by fear, it isn’t certain) to do her bidding.

She is rumored to have displayed occult power like her mythical namesake, has an interest in the Tarot and usually can be found making deals with shadier elements of Jet City… to her own benefit.
