Backstory

This metal token was found by Kenari Sanura in the mouth of the deceased Ilithid Ambassador to the Neogi when they investigated what seemed to be an abandoned Nautiloid tumbling through space.

It wasn’t till a Seeker (who wishes to remain anonymous) identified the token that they knew the assassin called Cain leaves these tokens after he conducts his business.
