HoloLeeta Is a hologram developed by Quark Enterprises for Dabo. She has the likeness of the former First lady of the Ferengi Aliance. Thanos owns a Quark Enterprise Holo Unit on the Nyalarthotep.

I am certain that the Holo-Leeta system is an espionage tool being utilized by the Ferengi Underground to gather and parse information from around the galaxy. I haven’t been able to prove anything regarding this yet, but I’m still working on it.
