Ike is in it for Ike and no one else. He is a merchant and like a Ferengi it always comes down to the profit. Ike specializes combat drugs and biomods. He isnt a doctor, he just sells the medicines and drugs. He knows Thanos from the days he used to supply the Chaka Force with Combat Drugs.
