Bio

Kelly is a Lt. Commander in Starfleet. She is well respected by her peers and is expected to be a Department Head sometime in the near future. Kelly was raised on an undisclosed penal colony and this has left many scars which follow her to this day. Her hatred of Klingons is only rivaled by her love of tribbles. She keeps one as a pet but has been forbidden to possess more by her Captain.

During the Empire War she was marooned with a dozne Starfleet Marines on a primative planet. She earned a commendation when she used local minerals and plants to create improvised explosive devices that allowed the marines to survive a major assault by the 91st Reconnaissance Corps. Since then she has recieved much cross training with the Starfleet marines including a tour on Andoria.
