Rhok Ubarbo first became known the player party when he came to speak with Aiden Dyre in regards to the pervious nights raid on a YT-2400 freighter which shared docking bay 78 with the Renegade. As a Chief Constable with the Civic Guard, Ubarbo is one of the highest ranking investigators within the Civic Guard, however as a result of Imperial Occupational Law he has very little authority to conduct investigations into people or groups that are in the favour of the Empire.
