Not much is really known about Jacobi. He entered the bounty hunting scene nearly twenty years earlier, and earned a rep as a very cautious operative who preferred to strike from the shadows. Several years ago, he ran afoul of the Jedi – specifically Master Belth Allusis and his padawan learner – after taking down a high government official, although the Jedi involvement was kept quiet and out of the holovids. During his apprehension, Jacobi lost his left hand.

Jacobi died aboard the Exeter when all four of the grenades he was carrying simultaneously exploded thanks to a “lucky” shot by Ondo Traelark.
