Cheg (980E – Present) is a 5’10’’, proper looking man with dusty brown hair and eyes. He is wearing a long, monk’s robe over tunic, breeches and flap-over boots. He walks with a quarterstaff, but a dagger can sometimes be seen, hidden underneath his coat.
Cheg is a devout priest of Avalon, the ruling god of order and discipline. He also trained in practical and herbal medicine in his service as town doctor for the hidden hamlet of Lorel’s Point. Being raised outside of society, he knows little about the outside world. Cheg is friendly and trusting, but his high intelligence manifests in sarcasm and a bit of snobbery. He’s charming enough to get himself out of his own trouble
Cheg was born September 12th, 980E ( twenty embers ago) in the Lorel’s Point old town. When he was young, the old town burned down, killing his parents. He was adopted by Jolias Crump and raised to be the town doctor.
In September 1000E, Jolias Crump revealed to Cheg that magic existed and that he would become a gifted magic user. Cheg, confused about his newfound powers, unwittingly cast a protection spell on his friends, saving them from being petrified by a swarm of cockatrice. Crump was not so lucky.
