Draven West (Octember 11, 966E – Present) is a man of medium height and build, with alabaster skin and hair. His eyes are large and all black. He is usually concealed in a hooded black cloak and walks with a long quarterstaff engraved with magical runes.
Draven was born in the icy village of Pollensalta in the middle of the tundras of Eluia. From a young age he became a pupil of a wizard named Arvis who taught him about the world they lived in as well as teaching him magic. Due to the boy’s enthusiasm, he toyed with a powerful “Change Self” spell before he was ready and as a result gained the appearance he keeps today.
In 999E, Pollensalta was attacked by a Yeti but rescued by an airship full of do-gooders. In exchange, their leader Elodia requested only to search the nearby caves for a possible relic – something she referred to as The Ice Scroll. She returned triumphantly, having destroyed it.
Catching wind of this, Arvis sat Draven down instructed him to join the crew until the next relic was found, and then report back to him. Elodia agreed to take Draven aboard her airship The Afdol’s Tide, and she taught him of her personal vendetta against the Terror Rain. Over the course of the year, Draven grew fond of Elodia, improving his combat skills on the many adventures they had searching for this scroll. He became First Mate, replacing Khellen who had died back in Eluia.
A year later, using clues from the last scroll, they located the Loslia Tomb, where the Fire Scroll had been stolen by Lorel Whiteshadow. Draven joined The Party to use them in recovering this stolen scroll.
