A slightly smudged scroll of paper certifying that the Governor’s Fortress on Maleziel is proof against δ-grade Lance Strikes. The certificate refers to Kateryna Terrane as the captain of the ship which graded the fortress. The document is signed by the ranking Administratum adept on Maleziel.
Backstory
This certificate was given to the crew following their adventures on the Prison Planet of Maleziel. Kateryna has used it to claim legal backing for calling herself captain of the Vulpis Nigerei.
