Carnwennan was born and raised in the Emersburgh neighborhood, which is a part of The Five Shires. He had a fairly successful cooking career working for his father at a local lodging and tavern called Snooze n’ Booze. Carnwennan was known for his turnip soup, some say he stole the recipes from a competing tavern located near Hedgewater. He also operated the brewery, making sure they produced a quality product. Over the years, Carnwennan learned the finer details to being a respectable innkeeper, but he aspired to live a life with more adventures. After a great fire burnt down most of the town including the brewery side of the tavern, Carnwennan became custom to a new lifestyle. He acquired a group of skills that allowed him to be invisible by most. He used these very skills to give back to the town. The authorities had posted many bounties around town for all sorts of scoundrels, rogues, and thieves; among them was Carnwennan’s face. He set out into the world with a mission to obtain enough wealth to rebuild this town. Hopefully he will prove to his father and this town that he more than a son of an innkeeper.
