Tears of Teth’Nar is a Palladium Fantasy campaign that begins in the small, off the map fishing community of Shantar, along the eastern coast of the Timiro Kingdom. Shantar is a newly established village, founded less than a decade ago but quickly growing in reputation for it’s fine fishbone scrimshaw art and unique savage chic jewelery.
The PC’s just arrived in the area for their own reasons, either as merchant caravan guard, looking to break into a merchant career themselves by buying the art for resale or recently relocated to the area in search of a new home.
