A tall, elderly but wiry retired soldier, Gibs leads the thugs that confront you in The Restlands and interrupt Professor Lorrimor’s funeral. After being scolded by the Sheriff, he heads back to his shack on the southern edge of town.
Through the use of his ability to possess people in their dreams, The Splatter Man was able to take control of Gibs in his sleep and deface the Harrowstone Memorial by spelling out Vesorianna Hawkran’s name in blood. With the Splatter Man suppressed by Vesorianna, Gibs is free from his influence.
