The Aerith Void

In the world there are many places to explore, but none such as Arresin, the massive continent of the northern hemisphere. It has lived through many prosperous years that have allowed cities to flourish, the four cardinal kings to reign supreme, and overall livelihood to continue to spread throughout the land.
But as per the adventure plot demands, something must be going on right?
It is at the festival of the Lord’s day, named only in vague memory now after the ancient hero Lord Valdin, that shadow’s have begun to befall the kingdoms.
You know, the kind that set fires to villages and cause catastrophic spams of what seems to be the Earth itself
And with these unexplained events come whispers from the alley’s, from those who are ignored by a apparent cloack of poverty and insanity, of a omen set across the land. An omen known as the Aerith Void.
