I think the crew : position cross refference stuff could be very useful up here.

From the stand point of group gaming it would help us create base mission groups efficiently, as well as the more on the fly situationally specific needed groups.

from the point of view of some of the ‘accounting’ that I do it will help me to deduct / track payroll and operating costs. As well it will tell me how much the_ profit share _(i think this may be a better title than dividend) if reinvested it could then becames an invested share and recieve a 20% interest payment (paid immediatly in gold) and tracked as such, adjusted and determined on an annual basis minimizing the ‘paper work’ of the game

From the stand point of ship’s defence position and needed ships positions it will allow to see what areas we need to fill. For example i think we may need navagators, trades knowledges, divine casters, herbalists, crew trainers. i think i am missing some but that is another thread
