Nil Okami is a kitsune Dervish Dancer from the city of Goka, an urban center that rivals Katapesh in diversity and Absalom in size. His mother was a traveling bard moving from place to place, but mentioned to him that her ancestry rests in the Bachuan aka Pen Wa Province of Lung Wa’s empire. She fled Pen Wa due to the heavy corruption within the bureaucracy and met Nil’s father, a rogue, during her stay in Goka. The two fell in love after several “interesting encounters” (As mentioned by Nil, but he will reveal no further detail about what kind of encounters they were). His mother also gave birth to a younger sister 2 years after his birth (yes >.< my characters will always have younger sisters, whether dead or alive)
Nil started training in swordsmanship and bard performance at a rather young age. While helping her mother performing on the streets, he came into contact with fascinating stories of the West. This sparked a desire of adventure within him. Nil started to pay more attentions to the conversations on the streets, and showed interests in learning the knowledge and history of the other continents. When he reached adulthood at age 15, he decided to leave his family in Goka and embark on his journey to see the world.
Following a trade company’s caravan as a hired bard/guard, he traveled through Crown of the World. After that he continued southward past Irrisen and Varisia. During his travels, he spent most of his time southwest of Lake Encarthan. He encountered several people and formed a group with them when he was 18 years old. (Insert how we met). After he joined the group, he spent less time performing for a living, and more as a hobby.
Nil usually stays in his human form in public places. He has white skin, silver/white colored hair, and sapphire eyes. He prefers wearing hooded clothes/cloaks to cover his head (since white hair color at his age is rather uncommon in several parts of Inner Sea). He is about 5’9” tall and fair to skinny build. Nil is usually friendly to people, but does not talk too much unless they are from Tian Xia. Nevertheless, kitsune’s nature as tricksters can still be seen in him from time to time. He is the youngest in the group (If I m right). In his kitsune form, he is a one-tailed white fox with a bit of red colored fur in between his eyes, above his nose. He cannot change into a small fox and is often jealous of Kit for having more tails and magical powers :p. Nil is also a believer of Daikitsu, the great fox spirit.
Nil excels in combining dance into battle. His performance skills boosted his agility to an incredible degree, capable of striking an enemy multiple times with his kukris and move around with great flexibility. He inherited a masterpiece from his mother and only use it when the time is right. He is also very interested in diverse areas of knowledge. Nil Respects his Snow fox (or white fox) ancestors very much, often commune with them for advice during adventure.
Interests: adventure, Dancing, writing letters and sending money back to family, reading

Dance Masterpiece inherited from mother:
Pallavi of Nirvana’s Blossoming (Dance)
Unlock at lv 11 with 11 rank in Perform (Dance), replace a feat or level 4 known bard spell slot.
Effect: You begin your dance slowly, focusing on exact posture, the position of your limbs, even the direction of your gaze, then build to a blur of motion. Upon completing the performance, you summon a fixed aura of divine sunlight that glows in a 100-foot-radius circle centered on you.
The divine sunlight acts as true daylight and affects creatures damaged or destroyed by such light. The light is as bright as sunlight at full noon and counters or dispels any darkness spells of 4th level or lower. If the dance is performed in an area of more powerful magical darkness, both the divine sunlight and darkness are temporarily negated so that otherwise prevailing light conditions exist in the overlapping areas of effect.
Within the area of the sunlight, plants grow and blossom rapidly, becoming a overgrown tangle. This effect mimics the overgrowth version of plant growth. You and one ally per three bard levels are immune to the movement-impairing effects of the overgrowth. The divine sunlight and all its associated effects last for 1 minute per bard level you possess.
